Don't even try to place a species to this. Consider it just as what happens when I'm given artistic liberty.. I wanted to make a curly tail so I made a curly tail :p
It's hard to follow in still pictures but the top photo basically shows it from the top side. And the bottom photo is a few degrees off from being a bottom view.

Ha I didn't know that! The customer picked the name after we went over the initial design (where I suggested the boar concept).
I machine sew everything unless it's impossible to get it under the needle. The only bit here that was handsewn was to attach the skin to the tuft
