Quite interesting. I did not know you could use a laser engraver on wood.

We have 2 engravers, a 50w unit, and a 30w unit. We brought the smaller one to Califur 8, and did that badge, and the sketchbook cover I also uploaded here. It's full of love.

I do agree, that's an extremely nifty badge! What kind've parameters can you adjust in the actual engraving... like, can you do pretty high relief stuff, or does the media just tend to burst into flame if you push it too much?

You could probably do some nifty antiquing motifs with it, too. There could be great possibilities.

And yes, my head is well and truly perched. Ah, the good ol' days, when men were men, and had really thick necks.

We've got a number of cool tools for stuff, including house accessories of a non-modern appearance. Muahahahahaha!
