Here's a nice easy to make invigorating salad from the kitchens of  marjorywarrenne

Iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup cheese
one small onion cut up
4 cloves of garlic cut up

place onions and garlic in bowl add just enough balsamic vinegar to half way cover them then add butter about 3 tablespoons and microwave the garlic and onions 1 min remove stir and replace and microwave 1 more min let cool down or eat right away ( I like them hot on the salad XD
