Sensationally simple and delicous from the kitchens of  stripekazama

Me and my friend wanted some lunch, so we went to the local store and found a cheap piece of pork tenderloin. And this is what I made out of it.

Ingredients:

400 gram piece of pork tenderloin
200 gram Brie cheese
6 slices of Serrano Ham
1 clove of garlic
2 pinches of basil

How to:

1. Set the oven to 200 Celsius

2. Remove the white 'shell' from the brie and add the creamy center to a plastic bowl. Squeeze the garlic clove into it and add the basil. Mix it around with a fork or spoon.

3. Make a deep cut into the tenderloin and fill the cut with the cheese.

4. Squeeze the cut tight/shut, and wrap serrano ham around it.

5. Put it in the oven for 40 minutes. If wanted, before putting it in the oven, sprinkle some chili flakes on top of it. I did that.

Goes very well with potatoes!
