Didn't get to work on this all week until 10pm the day before contest end ;w; took me about 5 hours >,> I was very distracted... and tired.... but I wanted to finish my entry before time-up....
I made a male dragon dog. I decided to go with no wings, like a chinese dragon because I thought it would be different and interesting (and I suck at wings...)
The contest was just to make a baby and an egg, but I wanted to make an adult version as well, because just the baby wasn't enough to show my full vision of the species >w>;; I hope that's ok.
The glowing orbs surrounding him is part of him, they move on their own accord, mostly just slowly circling him or hovering around him.
