Realization; all my favourite characters are (more or less) cyborgs.
I drew this next to the first two, but this makes a good image in itself. S'far as I remember from Metroid Fusion, Samus' armour system is integrated to her biology. If you've only watched the Iron Man films you may not know he's a lot more cyborg in the comics by now. (I got a lot of silly Stark fanart ideas, but that's what I get for reading comics all day.)
