Well well, what do we have here? This, as an idea I got while chatting with 
clawd.v.stripe is my "sexual side", in that this character is a more sharp, cooler, suave and romantic side of me represented through him.
He has no related connection to my true fursona Aerius Sygale, aka Crimson Wolf, but appearance exudes a similar coolness, if not more so, with blue markings rather than red, that will in the moonlight, literally glow softly from his coat of black fur.
Unlike with Aerius, these markings aren't natural like his are, as while they may be nice to look at, they are symbolic of a powerful and unique magic he possesses that is best described simply as "Flow Magic".
He is strengthened by the moonlight of night, but weakened by the sunlight of day, so during daylight hours, it is very rare to find him outdoors, as he will likely be secluded to darker areas, sheltered from sunlight.
As a barometer of his current energy/strength level, the stronger/more energy he has, the brighter his moonlit markings will glow, and the weaker/less energy he has, the weaker the glow. If all of his strength/energy is spent, his markings will disappear completely, leaving only black fur on a lifeless body...
I could go on, but I'll finish a proper character bio for Moon (nicknames for him include Blue, and Moon. x3), so you will be able to read many details on the 28 year old moonlight wolf there when it is finished. ;D

*nods* Mm-hm, she would appear to be incredibly talented at both feral -and- anthro. :3 And wow, really awesome at backgrounds too, this has such a cool moonlit one. ^w^

*sigh* Sadly I did not draw this or any of my other submissions, as my "Artist Type" is writer, and I have appropriately credited the creators of my image submissions. ^^;
