i wouldn't really say he's a pony...more like a kirin, where he is a mixture of a dragon and a unicorn...i want to add scales to his back, but his wings are kinda in the way.
Also, his under side of his wings have scales too. Like, the top part or- out side of his wings have feathers and the inside is made up of scales.

The bell on his earring calms him down when he becomes frustrated.
