Thanks to Disney's The Incredibles, for inspiring me to make the cape detachable. For either preference or necessity, Joule can easily remove the cape- which is probably kept in place my some electromagnets that he can turn off with mere thought or twitch of the shoulders.
No cape-related injuries and/or death for Joule! :D
