So after much brain-death due to Maymester classes (Chinese yay!), I'm alive and can spend more time with my art and online.
In the meantime I did a lot of soul-searching and realized that my version of my 'sona Whisski, which is the only other thing posted to this account, didn't really suit me. I love foxes, but it just didn't feel right. So I've gone back to being a wolf, which I felt suited to when I made my first fursona Raze, over 6 years ago. Time flies....
So this is the new Whisski. I'm keeping the name, as it is quite literally, my real name (my parents had the poor foresight to name me the feminine version of Jack Daniels, I'll let you figure it out.)
She's a mix between a Maned Wolf (because they're adorable), and a Hellhound, hence the crazy spikes and large fangs and such.
The Velociraptor-like toe is a mix of the hellhound idea, but really that's just how I explain my obsession with velociraptor anthros, which got me into the fandom in the first place.
It's been a long time since I've been so pleased with a design, and I finally, finally feel really attached to my fursona.
So yup, this is just the first drawing/ reference of her, I'll be uploading a more complete one when I have the time.
