This is for that bitch who said I couldn't draw. Yea. Fuck you.
Additionally, this is just a doodle of Mikey G that I took and decided to practice coloring on. I like it very very much, for what it is. Also, this is for the fact that if you go to my DA gallery and sort it by popularity, all the Mikey G pictures are in a line at the bottom...why is that? Hoping to change that. I like this picture a lot :)

Nice one. I like the shading and highlights on his blue coat. What program tools do you use for that?
Also I wonder if that person who told you you couldn't draw has some art of her own. And I wonder if it's unbelievably awful itself. I detect a hint of jealousy in her little comment. ;)

Thank you! For the shading on the coat, I first cel shaded with three darker shades than the base, each on seperate layers, then airbrush erased on low opacity to make each color fade a little. Then I took a regular opacity airbrush and did blocks of color where I wanted highlights, in this case three blocks, and then took a low opacity eraser and made small circles around the blocks, erasing a little less as I went towards the center so the center was still brighter than the outside. :)
And yes, I would say that the person who said that, her art skills aren't as advanced as mine. I doubt she thinks that but I'd say they definitely are.
