Some more work from earlier, I'm slightly irritated at myself for not doing more paintings like these!! I really liked doing them, and since I rarely painted back grounds it was awesome practice! maybe I'll start doing speedpaints?

Anyway, this piece is when I moved from my previous concept (the beast withing, surpressed desire, self vs. society stuff) to my breakdown of fairy tail themes and their relation to our psychology. This is one of my favorite pieces I did this year, because it was very experimental and rather relaxing.

and that girl kind of became a character for me, now that I think about it lol.
