This is an experiment I cooked up tonight, It is tilapia cooked in Veg oil coated in an egg wash then in flour seasoned with garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, lemon pepper, on top of white rice steamed with butter, salt and pepper topped with garlic powder, with garlic cheddar biscuits on the side and then fry the egg wash in the remaining oil and put it on the plate then take the last drop of oil and drizzle it on the fish with the bits of cooked flour, and top it off with home made 2 day aged garlic country gravy. Topped with fresh ground pepper.

Your gravy looks like... sex on the beach. IDK for looks erh.
Sounds like a Gilroy recipe. You might want to give
each part of the plate different flavors to get a
more interesting experience instead of overpowering
everything with pepper+garlic.
You could've panned your fish with butter and oil,
and say pepper, or lemon, on one side to get a
crispier side and a buttery side (putting the flour
only one the bottom side).
Take your white rice and pan it with the garlic and salt
to give it an interesting flavor.
with the rest etc.
That way you get the same ingredients and overall flavors,
but you get to mix them randomly when you eat them
by picking the combos in your fork. That's more fun and
subtle than glomping a single flavor.
Just an idea.
