A dish I created Monday.
This is tarragon, thyme, and lemon poached salmon. Sauce is a dijon mustard, apricot preserve, and dill sauce. It is all served on a bed of sauteed carrots, zucchini, and shallots. Served with a slice of lemon, sprig of dill, and lemon zest garnish. Portion is only a 4oz portion being an appetizer
