This is a remake of this picture from a bit before ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7659782/ ). It is not just a coloured version, but a brand new version done entirely with the tablet. I gotta say, it is a considerable improvement from the original pencil sketch. As before, this is Night Skye, a synthetic pony working as a private investigator. It seems that she is attending some special event, judging by the fancy dress.
