Final-ish version of the sprained ankle bit.

The thought was a beach waitress gets her foot caught in some half burried rope and is in the process of getting a nasty sprained ankle.

Anyway I say final-ish version because I think I like her coloration but I may play with it some more. I'm a moron, I only just discovered a cool way to instantly re-color stuff without much work. I'm sure I knew how before but I forgot until just now.
