Awww.. so much detail, so emotional and so "poetic" in a way. Your art never stops to inspire me, Katrkoriza. :)

I do have a few problems, recognizing what the spikes in the lower left and the middle image in the wing are. (A stairway to the hut perchance?)
Also the window always makes my mind melt, When I think, that it should be turned 90° CCW, so the fir trees can grow into the right direction.

But..

A hug. A safe place in a cold world.

Allthough emnating the same cold as outside,
warmth given by a gentle smile.

For the wings tell a story.
Like rays of hope in a night sky.

Thanks for the input, I was pondering the bottom left too( was considering just smoothing them and having the cape vanish into the black, or the other idea, another slimmer smaller wing fading into the black). I can't wait till my new screen arrives, then I will see how it looks, and do more work to it.

You have the middle wing image figured correctly; it is the porch and steps, the wing is covering the rest of the image I have painted underneath where you would see the two beams holding up the over hang, I might darken the porch more, and put a few more indents later, so they look more like steps perhaps XD! I was hell bent, on having those 3 images in the picture, but I couldn't tell you why.

Meow, the confusing opening/window... is me being stubborn, I had an entire room made out, but it was terrible, at some point I raged out with photo-shop's transform ripping it apart, leaving the opening on its side the entire time.... and never turned it back the other way. Then I realized I liked it that way.....you may see a version where its back the other way at some point.

If you tilted your head to get a look at it, then I am happy though.

When I randomly write thoughts about another persons art next time, maybe I will rather find an explanation "that works for me" for the 90° Doorway as well, instead of questioning it?

Id say, dont re-edit it. Let people find what they can see in there.

It was nice to hear your thoughts anyway, and I got to think on them, and stare at my work while pondering my own thoughts as well. I often don't really see the whole of what I am working on, till I finally relax, when I feel I can show it to someone else, and it may not even be done then, its just that for the moment, I couldn't do anymore either from exhaustion, inability or the fact that some feeling always pushes me on " Its time to move on ".

Still it was great hear from someone :)

I'm not sure when the next one will be, but hopefully I will fight on, and it wont be too long. Yay!
