I promised myself I wouldn't, but for this project(circuitcat) I had to. So I broke down and made a handpaw mould for silicone pawpads. Still don't see the appeal, but now they are an available option. As well as glow-in-the-dark(available for silicone ONLY). They'll probably be like an extra $25-50 depending on colour choices(Since the silicone pigments are ludicrously expensive). Glow in the dark(Glow available in several colours) will be available for an additional $25 for handpaws.
