Well...I never said they were more efficient or were better at covering you up then dresses...but apparently it's becoming a fad to wear a jersey and nothing else for your outfit XP
I recently learned about an anime / manga called Saki Achiga Hen Episode Of Side A, and it's about a group of schoolgirls that want to revive their mahjong club. Oh, and it just so happens that the main character of it, Shizuno Takakamo, spends most of her time wearing just a relatively small jersey and sneakers all day XD It never once gets brought up and nobody seems to notice it...she simply walks around it just a jacket and nothing else, and it's just regular every day life @-@
The other character, Kuro from Kurokami (or Black God), was a character I've drawn once already so far in a prior art, but I figured that after learning about Shizuno, these two just had to be drawn together XD She's another girl that wears nothing but a jacket and wrappings around her feet and hands, and it's another case where hardly anyone brings this fact up.
So yeah, technically this is how these two ladies dress in their respective manga / anime ...it's just that they're just a tad bit longer to cover themselves better in them XP Maybe this is a new fashion trend that's starting to surface @-@
