Hehe. I got
themightyray for this month's conbadge swap over on UKFur, and she asked for a ocean-themed badge for her Wingull Pokesona, Pepper.
The lineart was done traditionally, scanned in, digitally coloured, printed out and laminated. I added a little glitter around the name and edge of the badge.
The font is Pocket Monsters and can be downloaded from ufonts.
The background (a really beautiful ocean texture stock) is thanks to MysticMorning over at DeviantART.
