I'm not sure; I don't know how tall Sly is actually supposed to be (I'm guessing around 5'5") and I think Black Cat is 5'11", so if that's the case, then she's much taller than him.

anybody out there know how tall Sly is actaully supposed to be?

Another thing that I mention is that I believe that Sucker Punch has a tendency to be inconsistent with the height of characters.

By the way send my regards to the original artist who did this. It looks great!

Definitely. I remember Carmelita being a lot taller in Sly 1 than in the sequels, for one thing.
