...but then there are the good things and small happinesses to be found that are hiding from us when we feel sad. They can be little favors like a friend showing you they care about you or a plushie smiling unwaveringly up at you as if to say "Chin up." The fact and the matter is that life hands you shit, and though it doesn't go away by itself, it doesn't hurt to find those little things waiting there to make you smile when you're down.
