Hmmm, design wise I don't see anything really objectionable...maybe put some darker lines above the eyes? Or make the irises a little more defined; make the pupils a little dark or rounded. Also it might be cute to add some of the darker blue you use in the ears on the area just above her nose? Just throwing it out there! :) She is rather cute, either way! I particularly love the asymmetrical marks on the legs.
