Rough Sketches of logos for my characters

These look very disproportional, I know ^^; but the logos are only rough sketches and concepts and aren't the final versions. I just wanted to finally get these out there. :P
Please feel free to add some suggestion for these logos!! ^^
I'm always looking for new ideas.
