Rainbow had taken all she could from that punk, Billy. Years of name calling, teasing, and cruel pranks he and his friends pulled. He even went so far as to prevent her from getting on the Speedsters Varsity team! And now, years after flight school, he was still at it!
So Rainbow came up with a plan. She picked some Poison Joke from the Evergreen Forest, taking care not to get any on herself, and used a juicer to get the oils out of the plant. She then flew over Cloudsdale until she found Billy, and dumped a bucket of the Poison Joke oil on the jerk.
She intended to make Billy to loose control of his wings, like she did when she was affected by the Poison Joke, but what happened instead was so much better! When she came to Cloudsdale the next morning, expecting to see Billy crashing into everything in his path, she was instead confronted by a very angry Billy, who was no bigger then her hoof!
The bully obviously made the connection that the strange smelling liquid Rainbow had dumped on him was the cause of his transformation, and he was not amused. He shouted and cursed at Rainbow to change him back, but unfortunately for him, she couldn’t hear him over her own laughing.
Overwhelmed with rage, Billy flew up, and kicked Rainbow in the nose as hard as he could. Because of his small size, he wasn’t able to do any significant damage, though it still hurt Rainbow enough to irritate her.
She rubbed her aching nose, and glared at the tiny pegasus hovering before her, still looking entirely smug. Then in a swift motion, she lifted her front hoof, and slapped the arrogant louse to the ground, where he laid in a daze from the impact.
Rainbow seized the opportunity to step over the tiny stallion, and slowly lowered her back hoof onto him. Billy snapped out of his daze just in time to watch Dash’s hoof descend the last few inches. He tried to struggle to his feet, but he wasn’t fast enough, and he was pinned. Rainbow chuckled, and slowly rubbed her hoof up and down, over his tiny body, being sure to especially rub his face, enjoying the sound of his muffled screaming.
After several minutes of hoof rubbing, Rainbow slid her hoof off his face, so she could look into his eyes. His size couldn’t be more perfect! Her hoof fit perfectly over his body, from under his chin to the base of his tail. And Rainbow was pleased to find that she could feel his heartbeat through the bottom of her hoof.
Despite everything, Billy still had not learned his lesson. He shouted insults and curses up at Rainbow. Even after Rainbow told him that she was going to crush him into a bloody mess, he still taunted her, and called her names. Tired of hearing him, Rainbow slowly began applying pressure to his small body. She relished the sound of him wheezing, and his weak cry of pain as the pressure intensified. Although it wasn’t until the snapping sound of one of his bones giving way that his expression finally changed from stubborn rage, to horrified desperation. He had finally realized that Rainbow was not bluffing about crushing him, but it was far too late now. Rainbow grinned down at him as she noticed his realization, and continued slowly applying more and more weight.
All Billy could do was kick his legs uselessly as more of his bones cracks and snapped under Rainbows weight. He couldn’t even take any air into his lungs because of the pressure, and soon found his vision blurring from the intense pain, and lack of air. As he looked panicking into Rainbows eyes, communicating his pain and desperation to her through his gaze, she merely gazed back an expression of pure delight of his plight. Then with another especially painful snap of yet another bone, Billy’s vision went black.
Rainbow continued applying more weight until she was sure Billy had really fainted, and then lifted her hoof to relieve the pressure on the tiny pony. He was not yet dead, Rainbow could still feel his heart beat through her hoof. She didn’t want him to die just yet, he had tormented her far too long for him to get off that easy!
Rainbow craned her head down, wrapped her lips around his mouth, and began gently breathing for him. Soon Billy coughed up some blood that had leaked into his throat, and began gasping air, though he was still unconscious, or perhaps barely conscious?
Rainbow smiled, quite pleased, and laid down next to the gasping, broken stallion, waiting for him to recover enough for her to torture him some more…

Yay, I drew something again! About darn time!
Anyway, I was first gonna have Rainbow stepping on me, but then I thought of that punk that had given her such a hard time when she went to Cloudsdale to perform in the Best Flyer Competition, and also gave her and Fluttershy grief in flight camp, and decided it was too appropriate to have her smashing him to pass up.
I don’t think the bully was ever officially given a name, but I think I came across a fanart that someone called him “Billy” so that’s why I named him Billy here!
Well I hope you all enjoy watching RD mercilessly crushing a little twerp into the ground! I know I am!
