It's odd how some things evolve over time from a simple design to a full-fledged character.
Anyways, this is the human trait of curiosity. As he is represents a single trait, he doesn't get a name like Sheelah (wisdom, knowledge, common sense) does.
His appearance is a large cat, with sharp horns and a lantern tied to his tail. The lantern is dim, yet it still allows him to see where he's been. The eye shaped spots are a symbol of that wide-eyed wonder of needing to know. Flame marked points to show too much curiosity can get you burned. Bright, innocent colors because the world is big and bright and should be explored. Horns because as you learn, the world becomes sharper and more dangerous. At least, that's how I define curiosity. Everyone sees it differently, which is a good thing.

I didn't win the contest, but I loved the colors and basic design. The other night I had a dream of this character trying to sneak into Sheelah's lair, and it stuck that he's so curious he doesn't know better.
