The best thing to do is let him get used to his cage for at least a few hours to a day, then after start to handle him and get him used to being held. A spoon and yogurt help a lot to get them to see that you reaching in or holding him is a fun and yummy time X3.

Oh yes well he has been handled by me at the pet store I work at for a week so he is pretty use to me. I actually put him on my shoulder and he cuddles up in the crook of my neck and takes a nap <3 He is doing well in his new tank so far. Ate, had some water, I gave him a yogurt treat and then he got comfortable and took a nap. It seems meant to be lol cuz he is not showing any signs of stress at all.
