This is Tourniquet's brother, Penance. He did go under a different name for a while, but I finally decided to scrap that one and make it more of a 'Real Name' one, like Tourn's.
Anyway, like Tourn, he's a Tiefling. Those are my favorite race in DnD ever. I want to be a tiefling... o:

Beware, I've been drawing a lot of human-esque things lately. I'll get out of the phase soon enough. Just needed practice. The lineart for this was kinda old, but I touched it up and colored it.

My FAVORITE part about him is his arms and legs. That's right, his arms and legs are actually STRIPED; that's his actual skin. He's also modeled after a sort of bat/lion hybrid. :B
