There's something about your shading in this image; it's not surreal or unrealistic, exactly; I think "uncanny" would be the right word; with the emphasis on ridges and contrasting shapes in the anatomy and the occluding swirls of fabric, it contributes to a sense of.......uncanniness. I don't know; am I making any sense at all?
