I have to admit, when I first saw the black stripes that are her tattoos and arm bands (which I didn't realize were clothing at first) as well as her very orange color I thought she was a tiger, not a fox.

Rare that you meet a macro gal purposely striking that pose for someone below WITHOUT malicious intentions. Usually either its by accident or they have crushing in mind, or both. Lucky little guy, especially because of the reasons shes striking said pose

I haven't played Fallout to be honest, but from what I have read, wouldn't it be rare to see skyscrapers with glass windows still intact like that?(though I guess then you couldn't tell shes a giant without them) I guess shes one lucky example of a mutation actually not turning someone into something ugly

Well I think there is one of those widow washing elevator on one of the buildings, but if you can get past the fur and are able to pinch her, I think she would pick you up and punt to like a football.
