What kind of settings (ISO, f-stop, exposure length) does it take to get a pic this good? (Granted, you were probably far from any major sources of light, out there)

Lucerne Dry Lake is basically BFE, I think the biggest nearby light source would be Apple Valley and maybe Big Bear, but they're paltry. It's not this beautiful naked eye, but it was actually better viewings here than at Joshua Tree.
