yes! well, most of them. there's three they can't (keldeo, melotta whose name i might have misspelled, and genesect) but yep. they're getting them in-game if it's at all possible, and if they can't be got in-game they have a cartridge that has all event release pokemon loaded onto it that they'll trade when the time comes.
