So this is a pic that I was just messing around with. It started out as me just seeing if I could make a new Eevee evolution just because, but it turned into something more. My mate told me that I should also try stepping outside of my comfort zone when it came to using SAI so I decided to add shine and glow effects for the first time. Not easy let me tell you lol.
