Sort of. The tall wall actually attracted people to check out the buttons, and people noticed my moving badges more :)

Sales weren't all that great for a lot of artists this year, unfortunately :(

As a side note, you and some of the other peeps on here have made me decide to branch out from loom kniting and try learning how to crochet. We'll see how I do! ;D

Crocheting is pretty easy, I actually prefer it over knitting :) There's soooo many videos on Youtube on how to crochet :)

I picked up a kit at Joanne's - only thing is, it needs a glossary of terms right off the bat! XD (

Like, would it have the instructions on how make something not actually say what sc, dc, ch, and so on, are? O.o Cuz if so...that'd be VERY odd if they didn't say what the tems were =P

No, no - it says what those are. I think we were confused by the identrification of type 6 as "roving" yarn. We think that menas it's not turned into x-number of strands and twisted together. ^_^;

OH! Hmm, I dunno. A lot of the times whenever I make something that's crochet, I just decide "Ok, what am I making?" If I'm making a plush or a scarf, etc., then I usually just go for Red Heart Super Saver, cuz that's a good kind of yarn to go with. If I'm making a doily, then I go with crochet thread size 10. I'm not knowledgeable in all of that "worsted" and different other sorts of stuff XD

For the most part, it's what I've been using for my ponies :) If I see a colour online that I can't seem to find in the stores, I'll just buy it on Ebay XD I am in LOVE with the colour Gemstone and Misty Green, but they just don't sell them in the stores around here :(

Also, Red Heart Soft is sooooo nice too O.O

Oh man - one of my coworkers gave me a business card for a plave around here called "Steven B's" that sells a ton of yarn. She apparently was able to get untwisted wool there (used it for a cosplay wig). I have yet to check them out. Sadly, their website isn't much. :/
