This is a character I've had the idea for a long time, but just got around to drawing. His name is Caesar Passing- a spaced-out dog, an often drowsy and inattentive student who occasionally shares philosophical discussions with Pocha. He doesn't get good grades (as the name implies), but he's very capable, and perhaps being held back by a dysfunctional home life. As for the caption: I had an idea to draw a couple of my characters with a quote for each in his or her own particular brand of wisdom. Caesar knows what it's like to want, and to need things that most people would be better off without. He knows there's no excuse for his bad habits- and wouldn't wish them on even his worst enemies.
