Since this is probably the only thing I'll do to mark the Summer Solstice, I figured I'd go ahead and share with you guys what I've got so far on this new character I've been working on. This is Anor (Tolkien fans will get the name reference ;D), a Golden Tabby Tiger/Phoenix hybrid, and somewhat of a Sun spirit.
His main purpose is for a trade I'm going to be doing with since she wanted a sun/moon theme; she has a moon character, I needed a sun character. Besides, I've always liked tigers and thought that golden tabby tigers were particularly beautiful, so why not have one amongst my characters? n_n

I still have more work to do - a full body piece, most obviously. Wanted to have that for you guys today but haven't had time between various other projects I've been working on. For now, this should suffice to give a basic idea of Anor's design. His body will be a basic tiger build though, with the golden tabby markings. Nothing else fancy that isn't shown here.

Character is, of course, © to myself, so no takey. ;)
