Utunu and Kikivuli badges (Africa VS Medieval)
Badge commission for 
utunu of him and his wife

Firstly: these are a bit far from my regular medieval styled badges.
The characters were drawn with that basis, but I changed the background
and the font of their names in last minute to more African themed.
I couldn't resist since both character species live in Africa. OuO
...BUT I really hope this is ok with the commissioner, since I didn't ask his permission to do this change...
So I keep my fingers crossed and hope you like them evethou they came
out different than I tought! o3o
...and I'm annoyed that he connecting tree-thing accidently ame out unsymmetrical. I know, I know...I'm a nitpicker. x'3
Otherwise I like how they came out. These characters were really enjoyable to draw and colour. <3
The paper surprised me many times by trying to break while colouring, but I was very gentle with it. I won't use that kind of paper on coloured badges ever again. >:C

They turned out beautifully! Thank you so much for doing them. I especially love the little differences - same but different - in the border, the font, the flower/plant, the shadowing color, and even the connecting tree-thing. It reminds me actually of our wedding bands. Made from the same folded metals but made into a different shape and type of golds for each of us. :)
