This is Kabul, the resistance leader in my new comic: OPPRESSION
This dystopian future is held by a fascist corporation known as the Aristocrats. They control the military and edict many changes to the country of Novambisk, spread hate speech against mixed breeding, and put down any and all resitance by threat of death and enslavement, until the fucked with the wrong ombre. Kabul witnesses his parents and sister get kidnappred before his eyes and becomes homeless, not to long after, he and his friends accidently kill an enforcer in town square, the events snowball into a complete resistance movement in which Kabul fights nearly as a one man army.
