Raccoons look FAT when they sit.

Much of the mass is actually on the legs, which have to close together when he walks.
Also, the one you showed me appears captive, and IS fat.
Again, I think DT was going for a cute look.

You are my sunshine, my only sunshine
You make me happy, when skies are gray
You'll never no Dear, how much I love you...
My mother sang this to me when I was little.... and my mate sings it to me now. This piece brought a tear to my eye, from sheer nostalgia, thank you so much. <3

Or, if you prefer a proper 'coon song' (pardon the term):
"Put your arms around me, honey, hold me tight;
Huddle up an' cuddle up with all your might;
Oh, baby! Won't you roll dem eyes;
Eyes that I jest idolize;
When they look at me ma heart begins to float;
Then it starts a-rockin' like a motorboat;
Oh, oh! I never knew
Any gal, like you!"
Ragtime song, circa 1910. 7@=e
