I mean I struck gold the other day when I got this idea. And when I started drawing it was hard…cause a few things threw me off. But it came out great. And prolly woulda been done faster if it had not been for school…and online play on Halo 3. Was going to use her in a major SL on SAA, but then again… I don’t get the backing I used to for stories anymore. Anyways, I present to you… the Furai Avatar of War, Uriko.
Name : Uriko Izuzu Matsuda
Alias : Demon Of War, Young Demon
Age : 20 (aging stopped)
Hair Color : A light tint of Black..
Eye Color : A Crystal Green Color.
Race : ½ Furai, the other half unknown.
Skin Color : Tanned.
Height : 6’ 3”
Weight : 912 lbs (due to muscle mass and density, aside from her un natural genetics)
Family (and people she considers so) : Rati (birth mother), Shuza (birth life-giver mom), Lunica (mentor, guardian)
Occupation : Avatar of Battle, Watcher, Wanderer.
Build : Impressively muscled and ripped for a female.
Personality : Uriko has learned quite a few things in her life time. Shes quite mature, although she has a habit to occasionally pull a prank, outside of that she’s very mature. She has an uncanny sense of loyalty to people she swears to take care of or defend, so she usually does whatever is in her power to protect them. Shes quite friendly once you get her to trust you, or somehow like you.
Likes : Training in general, sushi, a furai dish called “Yuzabuz“, swimming, practicing with her sword, learning about new cultures, fighting hordes of people, situations people deem “impossible to win“, a challenge, and gods who take mercy on mortals.
Dislikes : Boredom, lack of activity or life, mysterious people, uncertainties, lack of knowledge, lack of control, distrust, people who take death and fights lightly, and people who are cowards.
Danger Level : Uriko possesses more than supernatural fighting abilities and senses. They go beyond what is considered normal for her specie, and her incredible reaction time also enhances her ablities. She is a very skilled swordswoman with great speed, and more than whats considered brute strength in measurment. She easily adjusts to fighting situations, and does whatever she possibly can to turn things into her favor. These skills, and many others are the reason why she got her title, and why she can never be taken lightly…. She is considered a N/A Class 2rank fighter due to her skills with and without weapons, with N/A Class 1 rank physical endurance and focus due to mental training, and the potential her body has shown. Her mind abilities are considered as N/A Class 1 rank, and her physical strength is considered N/A Class 3 rank due to feats that have been seen, although its unsure what she can really do. Her spiritual energy is considered a N/A Class 1 rank due to near deital power. Taking these into account, her overall danger rank is at N?A Class 2.
Uriko’s tale, started with a dark beginning. Shuza, a life-giver, was known to be a great warrior, who never saw defeat. Until in a battle in a cantina caused her to lose…to a much weaker little boy, only armed with a slingshot. Shuza was dishonored, and when she returned to Tetsuna-Sei, she was stripped of her rank, and was forced to live a life of labor until she could “earn” the chance to seek the boy to regain her honor.
The woman who bought her as a slave, Yru, had also another slave which Shuza was quite smitten with. Rati. Rati was much different than Shuza, for she was very religious, and barely battled, so she was much smaller than normal furai girls her age. As time went on, the two women became better and closer friends, and Shuza needed something to help her go on…to find purpose. She soon realized she could have that with Rati, and mated with her.
Rati gave birth to Uriko months later, and watched her child with the eyes a predator would have for their child. She sometimes watched Shuza train Uriko in ways of battle, and saw her daughter becoming a much better warrior from it. When Shuza left the area for a little, to find the one she felt she had to defeat, she left Uriko to Rati, wit the feeling that things were going to be fine. That was far from the case.
The now 7 year old Uriko did what she could run, and prevent her mother Rati from hurting her. Rati awaited for the child to sleep once she finished running, and put a sleeping pill in her mouth, rubbing her throat, allowing it to sink in and to really knock her out. Rati turned to her texts…thinking her child could be a messiah…a warrior for god, she doused the child in a very flammable concoction, supposedly thinking once she burns the child, the flames would allow her passage into a new land.
Rati set Uriko on fire…and watched feverishly as her child burned before her eyes…what she didn’t expect, was for her to die. Seeing the lifeless body of her daughter, she took it to the back, stabbed it a few times and buried it. She felt like she needed to think up a story for Shuza when she had returned. Uriko had awakened hours later… but she wasn’t in the ground. She was in a white meadow… with white rose petals all about her. She felt something was completely wrong.
It was then she met the person who would shape her life, from this moment on, Lunica… the goddess of war in Furai culture. Uriko quickly realizing who it was, then realized what had happened to her. That she died. She fell to her knees crying, and Lunica wouldn’t have it. She backhanded her with great force, nearly snapping her neck as she told the child she fully healed her and brought her body into this world, for she was going to train under her, and become her avatar. Uriko with nothing left to lose, took the woman up on her offer.
Uriko had become a powerful warrior, she had a body that made many jealous and afraid, she had wit, she had humor, she was a real woman… but at 19, she didn’t feel like there was that much more to learn from Lunica. Lunica so proud of her pupil gave her the weapon Uriko still uses and will probably use forever. The blade called, “Equita” was a weapon that could be used in 4 different ways. One way was the two side blades on the sword can disconnect, and she can swing it about like a chain while she separates the blade in two. The second way was just separating the blade in two by the middle, allowing her faster attacks, and more brutal hacking. Then there was the third mode, having the blade as is, and the way she usually used it. The 4th way was never revealed to her… but Lunica told her when the time came…she would let her know. She then in one fell swoop waved her hand…and Uriko dozed off again.
She had woken up once again…on the battlefield, with a horde coming at her, and she noticed a barely standing line of Furai warriors behind her. She smiled and took to battle, not knowing of her parents now being dead for over 460 years… Uriko had gained immortality…and longevity… but her cycle usually worked…as Lunica would awaken her every time a battle would shape how the Furai lived…and if it was a losing one. But for reasons unknown…Uriko has risen again…with a new agenda at mind. One that could in fact, shake the world to its knees.
I love how she came out, and I know you will to. :D Tired as hell but finished this bio.
