Like many digimon Gazimon's digivolution line was never really established, but going off the V-pet he originally appeared in Devidramon was one of the options available to him. Personally I believe digivolutions should bare traits of the digimon's previous digivolution (Angemon's being one of the few exceptions), outside of the leather belt around his tail, coloration, and possibly Devidramon's ears I don't really see much evidence to connect Gazimon digivoling into this particular champion (especially since it's likely one of DemiDevimon's champion forms) but until something more credible pops up I concede it's a possibility.
