A by-the-hour commission for zardis of her chupacabra character! This one was quite a challenge, there are a lot of costume details here that I took for granted and thought wouldn't take long. So I underestimated the time for it by almost 2 hours.

I highly recommend longboarding as a sport. It's great fun and great exercise, just try not to fall off!
You at least got most of the hanger and the kingpin/bushings sort of right. You were just missing the pivots. you can see a cross-section in this diagram here:

You can see how the pivot fits in the pivot cup at the outer ends of the board, and the kingpin holds things in place below and acts as the other pivot point.
