Do it but give her just the one pair of legs and two pairs of arms, like the Blade Under Mask characters

If you don't want to do that you could always make the second pair of arms super tiny, or have her walk a bit more like a -taur character with the four legs, but I highly recommend the two sets of arms over the four legs.
