The dim candlelight cast an uneven glow on the darkened room, illuminating the still Kitsune on the bed. Her twin tails lay draped over her as she lay in her undies. She glanced around the room slowly, different things coming into her line of sight. Her laptop sat on the desk, sparking. Her tablet right next to it, it's cord cut in two. On the table lay many job applications. And a constant knocking sound constantly reminded her of who was on the other side of the wall. Rolling over she grabbed her cell phone and slowly went through her contacts. Rolling past the names a smile crossed her face as she came to a certain name she knew well. She sat up as she pressed the text button. "Hello Master." said the short message. She closed her eyes as things around her began to change a bit. The return text came a minute later as a green collar appreared around her neck. "Good evening Katsaya." read the text. "Mew." she replied. Things began to warp a little as around her an image of her Master appeared sitting behind her. "Is everything alright?" he asked concerned. "Bored. A lot is happening right now." she replied. "Don't worry. Things will work out. I'll be here for you if you need me." his text came as she could swear she felt someone scritching her softly on the head behind her ear. She sighed and purred softly as she was reminded that her Master was there for her. He had been since she'd asked him if she could be his pet, and she knew he'd be there for her in the future as long as he could.
