Not entirely sure what the problem is? Computer hardware fails, there's no real way around that. It sucks when a game company goes down like that, but if there's a much bigger issue at hand then they're working as best as they can to get it fixed and get everyone back online.

It went down three times in four days. The game works fine, but the dumb patch that I don't even care about keeps breaking the server every time they try to release it.
