as usual, it's been a little while. just wanted to do a quick update & show you guys some of what i've been working on.
i started doing ceramics again recently & this is the first fully completed, glaze-fired piece i've gotten back from the kiln thus far. i made it as a planter of sorts, but i'm not too sure what i want to plant in it yet... probably something grassy that i can train through the eyes.
so yeah, more artwork coming soon! new drawings & then some!!

thanks!! it's probably the gloss-factor. i put a particularly thin layer of clear glaze over specific parts, so it would have the illusion of wetness and near-translucence.
there's even some unplanned red splotchiness in parts, but i think it actually adds to the piece :P
