Well, there are some really good ones that are free like Paint.net, Gimp, and Sai. :)

I actyally ended up liking MS Paint a lot... I mean it has enough brushes and it is quite simple and friendly with the user, it has no lag, it responds well to the mouse... Furthermore, it is not my computer I'm using to color the images so I'd rather not download any software, just in case my family gets suspicious...
