anyone who knows me knows that sometimes i go on crazy baking binges.

this time, it was pie.

Blueberry Pie!

All-butter crusts are a challenge - I think that my butter chunks were a wee bit too uniform for this particular pie to come out as flaky as I would have liked. Nonetheless, it tasted fantastic, and was my first pie made from scratch ever. :D
