Haha. So I had some pie scraps and a tiny extra bit of fruit, so when I was done making my second pie (which I'll post in a second), I popped this little guy into a muffin tin with a little bit of oil (since I didn't have any baking spray..).

The oil lightly fried the outside of this crust and gave this tiny pie a GREAT flavor with structural integrity to boot! This mini pie wasn't out of the oven for even a minute before I pulled it out of the tin and snapped this pic. :D

Mixed Berry Mini Pie (Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries), lightly oven fried!
