this is Kyper: leader of the Collectors, a branch of the Xenophyte Trade.
basically he's a very high-ranking Xenophyte on the Trade side.

Yes, I know he is a bit odd for a Xenophyte: he actually doesn't have any traditional visible Xenoparts. (the only visible added part is that one skeletal wing, and yes, he only has one)

if you are a member of the Alliance... or you are a creature whose species may have rare or valuable body parts... this is the last guy you want to see.
(and will probably be the lasy guy you see)


Kyper is second in command of the Trade, taking orders from only one other, very unlikely leader.
